Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Telephonist/Switchboard Operator to join our team at The Dorchester Collection. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct external and internal calls to the highest standard, maintaining accurate records and responding to emergency procedures as required.
  • Take and deliver guest wake-up calls, messages, and other requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the switchboard team, including maintaining departmental systems and procedures.
Requirements
