About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Switchboard Agent to join our team at Melia White House. As a key member of our Guest Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests through our switchboard and guest service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and products to guests.
  • Manage a high volume of emails and prepare detailed reports as required.
  • Manage customer incidents and follow established protocols.
  • Use departmental management tools to efficiently manage operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with Voice of the Customer results and implement improvement plans.
  • Verify material orders and optimize economic resources.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional Spanish language skills an advantage.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
