Business Change Manager

Our market-leading, award-winning professional services client in Central Bristol is seeking a Business Change Manager to join their team. This hybrid role involves 2-3 days of on-site work with flexibility.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Department in building and developing a Change function, bringing best practices and learning to help develop best-in-class ways of working with proven methodologies and tools.
- Work with the Head of Department to develop the Change Strategy and plans to support business objectives and change initiatives.
- Leverage experience and established change management methodologies and tools to consistently deliver change initiatives across the business.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create and integrate change plans in support of projects, considering the impact on people, processes, and systems.
- Work with the Learning team to assess skill gaps resulting from change and develop training programs to address them.
- Define and manage stakeholder mapping and engagement to ensure senior leadership is fully engaged in supporting the deployment and adoption of change across the business and IT.
- Oversee the change calendar with the PMO, challenging business leaders to prevent change saturation and fatigue.
- Deep experience of designing, planning, and delivering end-to-end change workstreams in complex organizations.
- Ideal candidate should have Change Management certification.
- Understanding of project management principles to integrate change management into project plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
