We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Clinical Operations to join our team at Apsida Life Science. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading clinical studies and supporting the Head of Clinical Operations in a broad range of clinical operations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical studies and develop strategies for successful project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on late-phase clinical trials
- Proven track record of leading clinical studies and developing successful project strategies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budget management, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
