About the Role

This varied role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in the well-being of our residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing files, and providing administrative support to our care home managers.

You will also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and assist in showcasing our care home to prospective clients and their families. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, able to multi-task, and has good computer skills.
