Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Installer, Welder, and Metal Fabricator to join our team at Bronswerk Group. As a key member of our Halifax installation team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess job sites and set up equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Install ducting and equipment according to diagrams and supervisor direction.
  • Perform HVAC installation, including ducting, fasteners, and insulation.
  • Anchor and hook-up HVAC machinery, such as air handling units and fans.
  • Measure, cut, grind, fit, and tack weld metal parts.
  • Layout and construct metal plate and tubing during installation.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures.
  • Read, interpret, and execute from drawings, blueprints, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Red Seal accreditation or registered Apprentice level 3 or 4.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights.
  • Good work quality and ability to meet project timelines.
  • Good physical dexterity to work in tight or awkward locations.
  • No criminal record, must meet security clearance requirements.
