Dedicated Teaching Assistant for Special Education Needs

We are looking for a talented SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Acton. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping SEN students achieve their full potential.
About the Team:- Our team is committed to providing high-quality education and care to SEN students, and we are passionate about making a positive difference in their lives.
- This is a permanent, full-time position, with 35 hours per week.
- You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a comprehensive support plan for each student, including developing and implementing individualized education plans.
- You will provide direct support to SEN students in the classroom, assisting with lessons, homework, and extracurricular activities.
- A relevant qualification in Special Education or a related field is essential for this role.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable, but not essential if you have a strong passion for supporting SEN students.
- You should be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
