Educational Support Position

A dedicated teaching assistant is required to provide high-quality support to a child within the SEN unit at our Hounslow school. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in developing and delivering individualized learning plans, aimed at enhancing the child's educational and personal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children with special needs, possessing a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face and the strategies required to effectively support them.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborating with the class teacher to design and implement tailored support plans, focusing on the child's strengths and areas for improvement.
  2. Delivering targeted interventions to address specific learning needs, ensuring seamless integration with the curriculum.
  3. Maintaining open communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress and achievements.
  4. Participating in regular review meetings to assess the effectiveness of support strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
  • Additional statutory holiday pay.
Note:

This is a temporary role, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date.
