The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, promoting our charity partners, and securing regular donations and lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with our charity partners to promote their causes and raise awareness about their work.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • Travel to various locations, including high-footfall venues, shows, and events, to engage with the public and promote our charity partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a motivation to reach and surpass targets.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the public and work effectively in a team.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • The ability to work alternate Saturdays, with a willingness to travel to various locations.
