Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a member of our Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to older adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop care plans for older adult patients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
- Work collaboratively with partners in health and social care to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Essential Requirements
- Registered RMN qualification.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Mentorship qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
