Lead Our Respite Care Service in St Helens

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee the operational management and quality of our respite care service in St Helens. As our new Adult's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our guests with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, autism, and physical disabilities.

Our respite service, Thyme Lodge, provides tailored care and support that promotes wellbeing, choice, and community engagement. You will work closely with our staff team to deliver high-quality person-centred care and support, ensuring that each guest receives the individualised attention they need.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Operational management of the respite care service
  • CQC and contract compliance
  • Staff deployment and service delivery
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our guests
