Role Description

This position involves supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life. As a Community Care Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks, manage medications, prepare meals, and provide companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal care: assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication management: adhering to treatment plans and administering medications accurately.
  • Dietary care: meal preparation catering to individual needs and preferences.
  • Emotional support: providing companionship to improve clients' well-being.
Requirements:
  1. Compassionate nature and empathy towards clients.
  2. Valid driver's license for convenient travel arrangements.
  3. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and healthcare teams.
  4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  5. Prior experience in care work is beneficial but not mandatory; we offer comprehensive training and development.
  6. UK work permit required, as this role does not offer sponsorship.
