Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an After School Club Supervisor. This role involves working with children in our after-school club, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • To work with and supervise individual staff ensuring the safety, welfare, and supervision of the children in our after-school club.
  • To develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in children aged 4-7 years old.
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and report to senior staff members as required.

Requirements and Benefits

The successful candidate will require a good education to GCSE level, including English and maths, as well as relevant Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in NNEB or Teaching Assistance/Early Years Training. A willingness to undertake appropriate first aid training and after-school training courses is also essential. The position offers a salary of approximately £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
