Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed established sales goals in solutions and service sales.
  • Develop and grow business opportunities in your account base working together with the delivery team and selected Cyient partners.
  • Through the use of direct sales techniques, including Large Account Management Planning and Strategic Selling, meet with assigned end-users/customers, develop relationships at various levels within a given account, set up customer meetings, and close sales to meet revenue goals.
  • Act as primary contact with specified accounts by acting as liaison for all communications to and from the account, determining the sales strategy and follow-up, and negotiating and implementing approved contracts.
  • Participate in sales events such as trade shows, territory product demonstration seminars, customer-specific technical demonstrations, etc.
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of key industry drivers and major competitive players.
  • Make effective use of internal resources available.

Requirements:

  • Experience of selling either GIS information systems, OT systems to large network-based customers.
  • Consultative solution selling background.
  • Prior experience selling to Utilities or Communications will be preferred.
  • Familiar with direct sales and through partners.
  • Familiar with IT systems used by utilities to manage their asset base, network, and workforce.
