Job Summary:
Forklift industry leaders, Interaction Recruitment, seek an experienced Service Manager to lead and upskill our efficient service team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily scheduling, provide technical support, and drive business growth by implementing efficiency improvements.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading both workshop and field service teams to ensure timely breakdowns and servicing are carried out efficiently, generating revenue and profit for the company. Your duties include:
  • Overseeing daily scheduling for the field service team, providing occasional emergency cover when necessary
  • Being the point of contact for customer technical support, diagnosing, documenting, and resolving issues where required
  • Liaising with the service team to discuss and implement ways to improve efficiency within the business

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £58,250 per annum, plus benefits including company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, remote working possibilities, company-wide bonus scheme (upon completion of 6 month probationary period), 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, and on-site parking.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a Head of Service role further down the line, with scope to increase salary as your responsibilities grow.
