**Job Highlights:**
- Competitive starting salary: £33,384 - £41,312 (dependent on ophthalmology experience)
- 4-day week shifts with flexible hours and occasional Saturdays
- 33 days annual leave increasing with length of service
- Potential 5% individual performance-related bonus
