We are currently seeking a skilled Theatre Support Nurse to join our team, supporting consultants and the clinical team during ophthalmic procedures. This role requires managing theatre equipment, participating in continuous training and development programs, and maintaining adherence to NMC or HCPC guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will:
- Provide scrub/ODP assistance and experience for clinical procedures
- Assist consultants and the clinical team in delivering high-quality ophthalmic care
- Manage theatre equipment and ensure its optimal functioning
- Adhere to NMC or HCPC guidelines and principles of clinical governance
**What You'll Receive**
A competitive salary: £33,384 - £41,312 per annum, based on ophthalmology experience
Benefits package, including:
- 4-day workweek with flexible shifts and 1 in 4 Saturdays (overtime available)
- 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
- Bonus structure: up to 5% individual performance-related bonus in June and up to 5% hospital/company-related bonus in January
