Deputy Home Manager Vacancy: Make a Difference in Children's Lives

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a children's residential home in Middlesex. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities.

About the Job Description
  1. The Deputy Home Manager will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
  2. They will be responsible for leading and guiding the team to deliver exceptional care to children and young people.
  3. The Deputy Home Manager will ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  4. They will work closely with staff to provide support and guidance, promoting their professional growth and confidence.
  5. The Deputy Home Manager will also be responsible for managing behaviours that challenge and guiding staff in effective strategies.
  6. They will monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring they meet statutory requirements.
