What our Nursery Managers are responsible do:

  • Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
  • Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
  • Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
  • Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Maths GCSE
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Experience in a nursery setting.
