KiddyKare Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Early Years Team Manager in our esteemed nursery setting. This dynamic position requires a qualified and dedicated individual to lead the team and provide high-quality childcare services.
Our nursery offers a unique environment that fosters learning, growth, and development for children. With a focus on providing exceptional care, we boast an array of engaging extra-curricular activities such as music and movement programs, cookery sessions, physical education classes, magical maths workshops, early language initiatives, and much more.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a flexible working arrangement of 40 hours per week. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
About this Role
The Early Years Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, including leading a team of childcare professionals, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality care and education to children.

- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective partnerships and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
