Youth Support Worker

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Night Care Specialist to join our team at Millstream Lodge, a 5-bed home for children who may experience social, emotional, and mental health difficulties and for those on the autism spectrum. As a Night Care Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people, and providing general care and support.
- Supervise the home and ensure the safety and well-being of our young people.
- Provide general care and support to our young people, including assisting with daily tasks and activities.
- Work collaboratively with our day staff to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has experience working within a children's home setting, is passionate about supporting young people, and holds, or is working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
