The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with HR post-recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding sessions for new employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist in HR post-recruitment processes like making contracts and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Coordinating onboarding, orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Entering data into HR databases
  • Maintaining all employee records and updating them regularly
