About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, provide emotional support, and facilitate community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Provide emotional support and facilitate community activities
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in learning disabilities and autism
  • Full UK Driving License (essential for this role)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
