Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join our team as a Financial Management Specialist. As a member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing costs, timelines, and resources for commercial fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage costs, timelines, and resources for commercial fit out projects
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Work closely with the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, plus benefits including travel expenses, pension, holidays, and flexible working.
