Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children or young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, sensory impairments, or autistic spectrum conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a care or education setting and be able to provide support with challenging behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
• Help students develop social skills and independence
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
The Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience working with children or young people with complex needs
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, empathetic, and understanding
• Can work effectively in a team environment
