About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Moreton in Marsh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer care and service delivery is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the leisure centre
• Carrying out lifeguarding duties and assisting with swimming lessons
• Completing required training and staying up-to-date with industry developments
• Providing guidance and support to zero-hour lifeguard staff
• Assisting the Leisure Centre Manager with operational tasks

Requirements
• Be in possession or happy to work towards gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor within the leisure or hotel industry (preferable)
• An interest in sports and leisure
• Competent swimmer
• Enhanced DBS certificate required
