Procurement Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Lead to join our team at SPT Labtech.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire a team of procurement specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Process orientation with experience in implementing procurement processes and systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to create, interpret, and manipulate complex data sets.
- High-level competency in working with and within an MRP/ERP system.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a life science or medical device manufacturing, or other regulated industry is highly desirable.
