Procurement Director

As a key member of the LHH Recruitment team, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the procurement function across Frontier's operations in Cambridge, UK. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Operations, this role will work closely with the dedicated procurement team to optimise spending across the business and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The Procurement function works primarily on indirect spend, supporting a broad range of activities across the business's development, publishing, and operational functions. Major spend areas include technology and IP licences, IT hardware and software, outsource services, facilities, recruitment, and marketing. The Procurement team works collaboratively with all departments, and this role will work closely with multiple senior internal stakeholders across the business, including the Executive Team, Department Heads, Game Directors, and Budget Holders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Procurement team, including line management of Procurement Specialists.
- Identify and deliver tangible results through cost reduction and service performance.
- Work with the Head of Financial Operations in managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the organisation.
- Manage supplier on-boarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
