Procurement Director

A dynamic and innovative company, AES, is seeking a skilled Purchasing Director to support its lean and effective Procurement set up. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for negotiation and contract management; developing and building strategic supplier relationships; risk management and the identification and resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Manage risk and resolve supply chain issues
- Support the Procurement team in achieving its goals
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Manufacturing/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate and able to work as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Salary of between £80,000 to £90,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance)
