Job Description

This Podiatry Specialist role involves working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with complex health problems. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a clinical caseload of clients with complex needs using evidence-based client-centered principles.
  2. Assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal podiatric pathologies, wound management, and referrals for nail surgery.
  3. Providing patient self-management support and education.
  4. Involvement in research and local clinical audit to measure and monitor intervention effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent degree.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Literacy skills and ability to communicate effectively.
