Clerical Officer

SOCOTEC UK is committed to delivering excellence to our customers by recruiting and retaining the best industry talent. We are seeking an experienced Clerical Officer to join our Environment and Safety Division, to assist with the preparation of specialist reports for the Environment & Safety team.
As a Clerical Officer, you will be responsible for performing clerical duties, including report preparation, formatting, and issuing, entering and formatting technical data into reports, and checking and updating calibration status of equipment. You will also be responsible for updating various client portals, photocopying, scanning, and printing, filing and archiving site notes and laboratory paperwork, and monitoring and updating spreadsheets used to track job progress.
You will need to have experience in some or all of the tasks listed above, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and excellent organisation and time management skills.
SOCOTEC UK offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, an electric car scheme, employee recognition schemes, family-friendly support, employee benefits and discounts app, and enhanced company pension.
