About This Role

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support across the team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a computer, especially Word, Excel and MS Office, and have previous administrative experience. A reliable and dependable individual who is willing to help at all times will be a good fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To undertake routine administration tasks.
  • Checking, stocking taking and ordering stationery/PPE.

Note: All employees are expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall requirements of the organisation and that are within their competence when required.
