This Multiskilled Engineer role is critical in supporting our Technical Supervisor and Workplace Director in delivering reactive and planned maintenance services for building engineering systems. As a skilled mechanical and electrical professional, you will be fully qualified to BS7671 18th Edition and possess basic plumbing and mechanical skills.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining equipment. You will also undertake electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work, lead small works projects, and participate in an Emergency Call Out service.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in facilities management and excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this dynamic environment.

**Annual Salary:** £40,000 - £52,000 (dependent on location and experience)
