Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems for ADT brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
