Job Title: School Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled School Technician to join our team at Inverness Royal Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support within the Science Department and other whole school duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Science Department and other whole school duties.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of technical equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of technical services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a general education in areas related to the job description and predominantly specialist knowledge to do the job. A general degree or equivalent qualification is typically required, for example, SVQ4, HNC or equivalent. Relevant working experience of three to five years is required to become fully competent and familiar with all aspects of the job.
