Business Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to queries
  • Entering data into our database and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and taking minutes at meetings
  • Providing administrative support to our clients, including use of electronic applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized and able to use own initiative
