We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to queries
- Entering data into our database and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining spreadsheets and taking minutes at meetings
- Providing administrative support to our clients, including use of electronic applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized and able to use own initiative
