Support Services Coordinator

In this varied and interesting role, you will work closely with students to identify their needs and provide support and guidance to ensure their academic success. You will be responsible for assessing and offering advice on various issues that affect students' learning.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This is a key service area in the College, offering non-academic support and advice to students. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and guidance to students on various issues that affect their learning.
- Assessing student needs and developing plans to address them.
- Working closely with other College departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
