Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in the Midlands/South region.

Location: Midlands/South - travel required

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site personnel, coordinating logistics and resources, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site personnel and ensure adherence to safety procedures
  • Coordinate logistics and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections and identify areas for improvement

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
