Job Summary

We are seeking a Foreman for our Shell St Fergus contract. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insulation materials and techniques, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a TICA card and ESCA rates of pay.

The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and lead a team of insulators, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct point of contact for the insulation team
  • Cover for insulation supervisor during leave periods
  • Responsible for workshop area and equipment
  • Assigning tasks for the day to the team of insulators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of insulation materials and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and insulation specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills

Benefits:

  • TICA card required
  • Oil and Gas/Site Experience – Minimum 5 years

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
