Holt Recruitment requires an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Manager with accounting tasks, process supplier invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain an efficient finance function.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and perform supplier statement reconciliation.
  2. Manage bank payments and daily credit card receipts.
  3. Update forecasts using Excel.
  4. Assist with accounting tasks, including supplier invoicing and bank reconciliation.
  5. Maintain an efficient and accurate finance function.
  6. Support the accounts team.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant role, ideally in the Motor Trade.
  • Confident Accounts Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
