Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

GS Group, a leading insurance broker in Scotland, is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage existing commercial insurance policies, including commercial combined, property, liability, and fleet insurance. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated Commercial Account Executive to ensure a quality service is provided to clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Handler in a similar broking environment and possess a working knowledge of most commercial lines insurance products. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as IT proficiency with MS Office products and ideally Acturis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing commercial insurance policies
  • Work closely with a dedicated Commercial Account Executive
  • Handle complaints in accordance with regulation and the Company's Conduct Policy
  • Participate in tailored learning, training, and assessment courses
