Join Our Team as a Commercial Account Handler

GS Group, a leading insurance broker in Scotland, is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing commercial insurance policies, working closely with our Commercial Account Executive, and ensuring that our clients receive a professional and compliant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial insurance policies, including commercial combined, property, liability, and fleet insurance
  • Work closely with our Commercial Account Executive to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle complaints in accordance with regulation and our Conduct Policy
  • Participate in tailored learning and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Handler in a similar broking environment
  • Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Acturis
  • Regulatory and compliance awareness
