About the Role

We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to join our team at Austyn Smith Associates Ltd, a leading independent financial advisory firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice to clients, developing and implementing financial plans, and working closely with our founder to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial advice to clients on investments, pensions, and protection
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and develop tailored financial plans
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about their financial futures
  • Promote client referral and networking with other professionals
  • Comply with regulatory aspects of the role and company compliance standards
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000 based on experience, plus bonuses, pension, and 22 days holiday. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our founder and be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Currently working as an adviser with a minimum of 10 years experience as a UK-based financial adviser
  • Ability to build upon existing strong client relationships
  • Skills in acquiring and bringing on new clients
