Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Store Manager to join our team at Yours Clothing.



About the Role:


This is a full-time position working 5 days over 7 each week, with a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Achieve sales targets through effective stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, employee recruitment, and performance management.
  • Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.

  • Proven experience in a senior management role in a retail environment, preferably fashion.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
