Job Title: Senior Account Manager / Junior Account DirectorWe are now looking to further expand our team by recruiting a Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director with strong digital experience and proficient project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on the planning and implementation of digital projects, including full website builds, coordinating a team and tracking all deadlines.
- Contribute to creative and problem-solving digital discussions, and have the confidence to lead on technical and often complex projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Directors to ensure that multifaceted jobs are executed seamlessly, assigning the right tasks to the right people.
- Manage junior team members to enable you to run the projects with our existing team and trusted network of contractors.
- Be our resident digital expert, demonstrating a strong technical knowledge and passion for all things online.
- 5+ years' experience working in a creative or digital agency, at a Project / Account Manager level or higher.
- Proven experience leading in the planning and implementation of digital projects, including at least 2-3 full brochure/corporate website projects.
- Confident copywriter, able to support the Director with offering this as a service to clients across both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Experience in writing complex proposals, scoping work to create detailed estimates, project timeline creation, and managing all internal processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to an intermediate level.
- Experience with working with WordPress CMS, understanding of SEO best practice, code, and WordPress URL structures.
