Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position commencing as soon as possible. The successful applicant will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including ER caseload. They will work closely with the HR Manager and other members of the HR Team to ensure that all staff receive exceptional support and guidance. The successful applicant will have strong planning, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a friendly and professional manner. Experience of working in a College or school context would also be an advantage. The salary banding for this post will be 19 – 22 which ranges from £33,325 to £36,417 per annum. The actual starting salary for this post is £33,325 but may be negotiated based on experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience of managing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to staff as needed. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a College or school context, although this is not essential.
