We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee the quality aspects of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards, are consistent, and satisfy customer expectations. This role involves close collaboration with production and compliance teams to drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle, from development to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure product quality standards are met and maintained.
  2. Oversee quality control processes, including data review, supply chain oversight, and complaint management.
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and product quality plans.
  4. Conduct root cause analyses, manage quality records, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Provide training, lead quality review meetings, and participate in product team discussions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in product quality management within the life sciences sector, preferably with biological, stem cell or vaccine products.
