About Us:
Ad Warrior Ltd works with the Supporting People on Probation Team to provide community-based interventions. Our goal is to empower adult men by promoting emotional wellbeing and addressing social exclusion.

Job Description:
- Deliver person-centred interventions to support adult men in need
- Develop strong relationships with Service Users, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Contribute to team efforts to promote positive outcomes, adhering to evidence-based practice

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
- Transferable skills or direct experience in needs and risk assessment, action planning, and intervention delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Salary: £24,000 - £28,647 per annum
