About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Income Officer to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing rental income, monitoring arrears, and providing advice to tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rent accounts and ensure timely collection of rental income
  • Monitor arrears and take appropriate action to prevent them from escalating
  • Provide advice and guidance to tenants about rent payments and benefits
  • Prepare and present reports on income collection for management
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and communication with tenants
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to resolve issues
  • Adhere to company policies and statutory regulations related to property management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the department
Requirements
  • Proficiency in managing rental income
  • Knowledge of property management regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on income collection
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
  • A qualification in property management or a related field
