Labourer Role Overview

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced labourer to work on a new build residential site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site preparation and maintenance, including clearing debris and assisting with ground preparation.
  • Material handling, such as loading and unloading, transporting, and organising materials.
  • Supporting tradespeople and following all health and safety protocols and site regulations.

Requirements:

  • CSCS card and right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks.
  • Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work well with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors, site managers, and tradespeople.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • May require early starts, long hours, and occasional weekend work, depending on project deadlines.
